Ronghua X-Ray manufactures X-Ray pipeline crawler. The RDX-377 X-ray crawler product is applicable for 15″-47″ diameter pipeline in radiography NDT.
Features
1. The set-up system is reliable. It can raise battery voltage from 120V to 230V (regulation, 5mA exposure current), and the voltage can be continuously adjusted. The pipeline sistem is with constant output, short exposure time, and good darkness consistence of film in radiography.
2. Inverter and crawler body are integrated, the inverter can be taken out separately, and the maintenance is convenient and flexible.
3. The inverter system has a feature of low power consumption and high working efficiency. Just one-time battery charging can fulfil 1.5 times the number of radiography exposure than that of traditional crawlers.
4. Step motor is used in the driving part for high-precision positioning on climbing slope.
5. The pipeline crawler system has a complete self-rescue function. When the main motor fails, the PLC will automatically switch to the spare motor and complete the reversing command by itself.
6. The pipeline crawler system has the function of reversing when meeting water. The device will automatically reverse when the water depth in the pipe exceeds the limited level height required by the equipment.
7. The pipeline crawler system has the reverse function when meeting obstrucles.
8. The pipeline crawler system prepares a synchronous wheel between the driving wheel and the driven wheel (optional spare parts), which makes the equipment running stably, powerfully during its operation, and keeps its great strength during its climbing slope.
9. Self-diagnose function. During operation, it will automatically return when sensor damage, over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature and low battery.
10. Compact structure is adopted for convenient transportation.
